Rick Gregoire has more than 30 years experience in local lumber yard management and operations.   He brings valuable experience based upon his progressive responsibilities in this industry.  His experience includes intimate knowledge of wholesalers of lumber, building supplies, roofing, hardware, windows, doors, and Canadian mills.

James Murphy, has more than 30 years of senior management positions in various entrepreneurial business enterprises, including 10 years in the lumber yard business.  He most recently held the position of Chairman and CEO of Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc on the NYSE.

Sean Murphy is a graduate of UNH, Whittemore School of Business with degrees in International Business with a minor in Spanish.  Sean also worked in a 2 year international management development program in Spain, where he obtained direct experience and training in all aspects of the business. Sean has spent the last few years working in new residential construction and renovation acquiring a basic understanding and experience in framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing and finish carpentry.

Jascha Murphy is a graduate of UNH, Whittemore School of Business and obtained an MBA from Southern NH University. He has been employed with Fidelity Investments for the past 10 years developing a strong background in financial administration.  Jascha's background with the lumber industry primarily comes from his experience in acting as the General Contractor of his own residence.

Jamie Murphy is a graduate of St. Joseph College in Maine.  Jamie has spent the past year working for a public accounting office out of Portland, ME and has recently decided to join the family business.  Jamie's experience in accounting and his willingness to help out where ever needed makes him a great asset to the company.

Rachel Murphy is from Brazil and graduated with her PHD in chemistry.  Rachel works the front desk and is consistently helping to  keep our store looking nice, running smoothly, and keeping our customers smiling.

Kyle Schaefer is another member of the extended Murphy family.  Kyle is an essential part of the staff.  Kyle handles the incoming trucks, stocking the yard, building the deliveries, helping customers with pickups, and occasionally taking a delivery himself.  His strong motivation and great work ethic keeps our yard running smoothly and makes him a great addition to our team.

John Beal was formally educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.  He brings with him 25 years of hands on and management experience in the construction industry both in Northern California and New England. "Ask him anything - You might just like the answer".

Richard Peno is the newest member of the staff.  Dick comes with a number of years of experience and has proven to be an excellent boom and truck driver.  We are excited to have him as part of the team.
