Meet our staff
Sean is a graduate of UNH, Whittemore School of Business with degrees in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Sean also worked in a 2 year international management development program in Spain, where he obtained direct experience and training in all aspects of the business. Sean has spent the last few years working in new residential construction and renovation acquiring a basic understanding and experience in framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing and finish carpentry.
Jascha is a graduate of UNH, Whittemore School of Business and obtained an MBA from Southern NH University. He was employed with Fidelity Investments for the 10 years following developing a strong background in financial administration. Jascha's background with the lumber industry primarily comes from his experience in acting as the General Contractor of his own residence.
Jamie is a graduate of St. Joseph College in Maine. Jamie started out his career working for a public accounting office out of Portland, ME and has decided to join the family business. Jamie's experience in accounting and his willingness to help out where ever needed makes him (as he would say) "priceless".
Kyle is another member of the extended Murphy family. Kyle is an essential part of the staff. Kyle handles the incoming trucks, stocking the yard, building the deliveries, helping customers with pickups, and occasionally taking a delivery himself. His strong motivation and great work ethic keeps our yard running smoothly and makes him a great addition to our team.
Mike is our most senior driver. He has been with Exeter Lumber since our first year open. Although he typically drives the Gator truck, he also fills in on the Boom and helps out in the yard as needed. Mike is the nicest guy you'll ever meet.

Coming from a creative family of artists and musicians, Pam has always been intriqued by color, pattern, texture and design. Her first profession as a Floral Designer, combined with her great love of cooking and all things design related made for a natural progression to pursue a career in Kitchen Design.
"I look at each new kitchen as a puzzle to be solved and every new client as a 'team mate' in the process. By being a part of the desing evolution, their new space is fully customized for their home and lifestyle. I strive to give my clients a well-designed space within their budget which is not only beautiful but practical. Ultimately, my hope is to give them a 'dream kitchen' which they will enjoy for many years to come."
With over 25 years of diverse design experience and many happy clients from Maine, NH and Massachusetts, Pam welcomed the opportunity to create an all-new kitchen and Bath showroom for Exeter Lumber.
